Women Who Walk are happy to issue ticket refunds up to 5 working days before an event takes place.
However, if you contact us outside of this timeframe, a refund request will not be accepted.
You may be able to transfer your ticket or sell it to another member, reach out to us by email and we will do our best to support you in finding a solution.

This service is only available at St Albans. Once you’ve made an order, let us know which date you’ll be walking.Standard UK Delivery
Product orders are sent via UK Royal Mail 2nd Class post and typically takes approx. 7 days to process your order.

You have 14 days from when you received your order, to return your product back to us for a full refund or exchange. If you contact us outside of this timeframe, we cannot guarantee a refund.
