This Delivery & Shipping Policy is part of our Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) and should therefore be read alongside our Terms: T&Cs.

Please carefully review our Delivery & Shipping Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will only apply to orders you place with us.

What Are My Shipping & Delivery Options?

Collection
This service is only available at St Alban’s for physical products purchased with us and can be collected at one our walks. Once you’ve made your order, let us know which date you’ll be walking by email.

Standard UK Delivery 
Physical product orders are sent via UK Royal Mail 2nd Class post and typically takes approx. 7 days to process your order.

Shipping fees vary depending on the physical product(s) you’ve chosen and are calculated during the checkout process via our online shop. 

To calculate shipping fees please add the product(s) you’d like to purchase to our cart, then add your details to calculate your fees. 

All times and dates given for delivery of your physical product(s) are given in good faith that are estimates only.

For UK & EU Consumers 
This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery and deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order. For more information, please refer to our T&Cs.

Ticket Purchases
Tickets purchased via our online shop are confirmed via email. Physical tickets are not available for delivery.

Do You Deliver Internationally?

We don’t currently offer worldwide shipping, however if you live outside the UK and would still like to make a purchase, email us with your enquiry.

Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. 

If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.

What Happens If My Order is Delayed?

If delivery is delayed for any reason, we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimate date for your delivery.
