RETURNS POLICY

Hello!
Thank you for making a purchase with us and we hope you’re very happy with it. However if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason you many return it to us for a full refund or exchange. Please see details below for more information.
Returns
You have 14 days from when you received your order to return your product back to us.
Please ensure that ALL products returned are in their original state, in a new and unused condition, including original packaging with labels still attached.
Returns which have signs of wear, appear used, damaged or soiled may not be accepted and will be returned to you.
How Do I Make a Return?
To return your product please place the item securely in it’s original packaging and mail it to the following address:

Please note, that you’re responsible for your return and all return shipping charges, so we strongly recommend that you use a trackable delivery service.
Refunds
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your product(s), we will process your return or exchange. Please allow us 14 days from the receipt of your product to complete this.
Please note that refunds may also take further 10-14 days before they show up on your bank statement. The speed at which this happens will depend on your bank. However, we’ll notify you by email when your return has been processed and a refund is underway.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

What if My Order Was Damaged on Arrival?
For defective or damaged products, please send us photos by email stating the problem along with your online order details. We will then discuss how best to proceed.
