Join us for a special AromaSound journey, sound bath session led by Lisa Pauley, a Modern Holistic Practitioner.
The session will be in the North Transept, under the rose window This unique session combines Alchemy Crystal Sounds and the therapeutic benefits of essential oils, designed to relax the nervous system, ease stress and improve sleep.
Settle into a peaceful state as sound vibrations work to release tension, clear blocked energy, reduce stress and anxiety while supporting your overall wellbeing.
What to Bring: Yoga mat, blanket, warm layers & socks for comfort. Think cozy!
Arrive: 6.15pm for a 6.30pm start.
